Fees for Services

Conversational Walk-Through or Blueprint Review

Two to three hours on site, a focused consultation in your home or office, establishing a general sense of where you are and where you'd like to go with your space, leaving you with some top-line ideas and solutions, and follow up e-mails and phone consultations for a period of thirty days.
Walk-through and discussion = $450

Interview & Master Plan

Incorporating the walk-through, an in-depth conversation about your longer-range intentions, followed by a second meeting in which I present a written summary of observations with strategies, and a written Master Plan document with step-by-step implementation ideas.  I will be available for follow-up emails and an on site visit thirty days after our second meeting. 
Walk-through with Master Plan = $4500.

Negotiated Fee for Major Services

Often the most practical arrangement for commercial, for extraordinary residential spaces with many interwoven challenges or for designing sacred space in a public space.
Negotiated fee structure will be discussed after viewing the property and discussing the clients needs and vision.
